GAP LOAN PROGRAM

CEII's second most active loan program is our bank-financed GAP loan program which has provided a cumulative total of 53 GAP loans with a combined loan amount of $2,479,516. CEII's cumulative GAP job creation figure has now reached 216 jobs. 

 

Where the SBA program is totally government-funded, the GAP program is almost entirely bank-funded with total GAP capitalization now at $1.6 Million.   CEII is the designated micro loan fund administrator for the Florida Front Porch program in the City of Pensacola and in the Sylvania Heights Neighborhood of nearby Fort Walton Beach.

 

GAP loans are limited to no more than $100,000 in size and are often partnered with SBA micro loans.  GAP loans are available throughout our two state SBA micro lending area.
