Carr Cottages

Carr Cottages consists of 3 duplexes (6 units) each with 3 bedroom and two baths. One duplex is at the corner of "S" and Wright Street, the other two are at "E" and Strong Street. Rents are $580 and $625. Rented to families at 50% and 60% below median. (see chart at bottom of page)

Belmont Gardens is a 20 unit complex with one bedroom, one bath units. This complex is located on NE corner of Barcelona and Belmont Street. These units rent for $350 to families or individuals at 70% below the median income. (see chart at bottom of page)

Christine House

Christine House is one of our newestest developments. It was finished in 2006. This complex has four 3 bedroom, 2 bath units. It is located in East Pensacola. Rents range from $575-$580. Families must be in the 50-60% below median income range. (see chart at bottom of page)

The Gregory Street project consists of 10 rental units. Four of these are 3 bedroom, 2 bath units and 6 are two bedroom one bach units. Rents are $450 for the 2 bedroom units, and $575 for the 3 bedroom units. These are rented to families at 50% and 60% below median (see income chart at bottom of page)

Valcour Villiage

Valcour Village has 4 duplexes (total of 8 units) each with 3 bedroom and two baths. These duplexes are located on North Devilliers street. Rents are $580 for two of the units and $625 for the others. These are rented to families at 50% and 60% below median (see income chart at bottom of page)

 

Masue Manor

Masue Manor has eleven 2 bedroom units . Five units are at "C" Street and six are on St. Joesph Avenue. Rents start at $440 and are rented to families at 50% and 60% below median.(see income chart at bottom of page)

Caminitti Place has four 3 bedroom 2 bath units and four 2 bedroom 1 bath units. Located on Caminitti Lane in North East Pensacola, rents are $440 for 2 bedroom and $625 for 3 bedroom units and are rented to families at 50% and 60% below median.(see income chart at bottom of page)

Townsend Terrace

Townsend Terrace has two 2 bedroom , one bath units and six 3 bedroom 2 bath units. This units are all electric and include washer, dryers, and a play ground. This complex is located off Creighton Road. Rents are $425 for 2 bedroom units and $600 for 3 bedroom units. These unit are rented at 50% and 60% below median.(see income chart at bottom of page)
